2018 Market Season has begun!

Wellington Farmers' Market

The Wellington Farmers’ Market is an eclectic, out-door market on the shore of Lake Ontario. A volunteer based initiative, the Wellington Farmers' Market of Prince Edward County gives local vendors and farmers a place to come together and celebrate good, hard, honest work - the work done by the hands of our neighbors, and shared with friends.

Registration for the 2018 season is now open!  Join us as we embark on our seventh season as the largest farmers' market in Prince Edward County.  There are many ways to participate in the market, as a full-season vendor, an occasional vendor, a musician, or a charitable organization.  Students and new vendors are always encouraged, so now is the time to try your hand at

starting that small business you've always dreamed about.

The market has grown again!  We will be open Tuesdays in conjunction with the Wellington District Lions Club Concerts in the Park events, on our regular Saturdays from May long-weekend until Thanksgiving long-weekend, and the market will also take place on Sundays from May long-weekend until Thanksgiving long-weekend.  Three exciting opportunities to enjoy the energy of Wellington and Prince Edward County!

Any given market day you can find gourmet food, jewelery, home-made treats, metal art, antiques, collectibles or gifts for the hard-to-please. You’re part of the local economy, so you understand how important it is to keep The County vibrant and moving forward. We're doing that, too! One market day at a time.

Each week we invite local musicians to perform from 11am - 1pm.  Visitors can enjoy lively blue-grass, folk, country or jazz music each Saturday.
